Venue and facilities hire
Hire welcoming halls, gardens, and community spaces at HMC for meetings, cultural gatherings, workshops, and events
Standard venue hire is generally available Monday to Friday after 3:00 pm, and on weekends, subject to availability
Weekday daytime bookings between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm are usually not available. In limited circumstances, HMC may approve a daytime booking, but an additional $250 service relocation fee applies because we need to move, or adjust scheduled services
All bookings are subject to HMC approval

Use the calendar below to see existing bookings at HMC
To show the live venue calendar here, publish the HMC bookings calendar from Outlook, and paste its address into this page's calendar setting
- Sign in to Outlook on the web as events-media@huntermc.org.au, then open Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, choose the venue bookings calendar.
- Set permission to Can view when I'm busy (times only) or Can view titles and locations, then select Publish.
- Copy the HTML link - not the ICS link - and paste it in as the calendar address.
A published calendar is read-only for anyone who opens it: visitors cannot add, move, or delete anything, and they never sign in
The calendar syncs from HMC's Outlook bookings calendar, so new events appear here automatically. This calendar is a guide only. Some internal activities, maintenance, service changes, or pending bookings may not be shown. Your booking is not confirmed until HMC has reviewed and approved your application
